The vet at this practice , after a frantic call from me this afternoon explaining that by chance i had found out that my own vet has gone on holida even though i made an appointment to see her 3 weeks when my dog had his rabies jab to collect his pass port , after no call to explain and an abrupt no ! from staff regarding financial compensation towards another consultation with another vet, which i would need , white cross vets alcester rd south b14 bent over backwards for me today by getting in touch with defra , checking that they could issue me a passport they registered my dog to their practice and made him an appointment for the next day , And ! wavered my consultation fee , The only 1 of 6 vets i have contacted today that would help me ,all to make sure that my self and my dog are able to travel around europe this coming wkend, after being completely let down by my own vet at maypole lane vets in b14 , so when we are back off our travels , we will be coming straight back to white cross and staying with them even if we do pay a little bit extra , its worth every penny, Thank you white cross :)
