My daughter originally booked them for a service, but when the fitter arrived, it was obvious that the boiler was in a dangerous condition, pouring out carbon monoxide, so had to be shut off. The staff gave her an estimate to replace the boiler on the same day, Friday, and the work was carried out over the weekend ( including Sunday) and all commissioned and running, installed in her airing cupboard, with pipework, and a new flue by the Monday. Our daughter couldn't be more pleased with a clean, and tidy job, and the price was very fair. Highly recommended

I replaced all of the radiators in my house, a process in itself which wasn't straight forward. Whickham Plumbing & Heating Services guided me through it and advised me along the way. The initial consultation was carried out by David who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This was followed up by a visit to the showroom where Joanne went through the various styling options and offered her advice. The showroom was great for me as it allowed me to see the actual quality of the product prior to spending a lot of money. A number of staff were on site to remove my old radiators and fit the new ones, all of them were absolutely lovely and left the house clean and tidy. Just a great job all round, I'm one very happy customer!

We have been incredibly impressed with David and his team. All the lads are very polite, tidy, and efficient and with a constant smile on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was completed as said and on time. We had a huge amount of work done - redoing the heating in our house and 2 new bathrooms, all this was done with minimal upheaval and mess and we were kept informed throughout the process. Joanne was fantastic at helping us choose our bathroom fittings and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Whickham plumbing took care of everything from tilers, to joiners, to electricians so we didn’t have to worry about coordinating all the services, making the whole process very smooth. We would not hesistate to recommend!
