Wheelie Washers wheely don't wash your bins :-(

On the very rare occasions when they turn up and clean the bins they are good.
Most occasions they do not turn up - my green bin which is meant to be cleaned each fortnight, has not been cleaned for almost three months!
No customer services - office do not know what operatives are doing.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Paid for a year. Didn't turn up first month. No extra clean offered. Third month again didn't turn up. Very slow response to emails and then just stopped replying when I asked to cancel and requested a refund. Still waiting for refund.

Changed to Wheelie Washers, absolutely no regrets!!

The cleaners have always been polite and friendly, they had professional equipment and the lady on the phone was helpful. We used a Watford based company previously, and very happy we moved to Wheelie Washers!!
