No bin cleaned again

Since March my bin has been cleaned once what have I paid £40 for.? Useless service how come the dustbin men are managing to get the bins emptied but you can’t manage to clean them. This business like my bin STINKS. Bromsgrove

Terrible Service

Appalling service. Paid £40 up front in good faith and informed of many cleans and when beginning in October. To date, my bin has been cleaned once and the wrong bin (a neighbours) has been cleaned 3 times, despite my bin being covered in stick labels which show my address. I've complained on a number of occasions with no resolution and certainly no sign of a refund or explanation.

Avoid at all costs.

Do not use. Terrible.

Absolutely terrible.

Pay your money and then you don’t get your bins cleaned.

When you try to contact them, nobody ever answers the phones and they take a long time to email back, that’s if you’re lucky enough to even get a response.

Absolutely terrible service.

Very pleased, I booked online and they arrived shortly after the bin men to clean my bin which now smells fantastic.

I have paid £40 and have not revieved any clean, ive contacted them numerous time no reply, emails down. I believe this business to have gone bust either that or is a con.
