Wheelie Bin Direct Ltd

Very disappointing. I was after a 180 litre bin which was listed as "in stock" on the website. After three weeks of chasing and delivery promises, I was advised they were not able to supply it. I was offered an alternative larger bin which I did not want. I ended up ordering from another company and received the bin in three days. Wheelie Bin Direct offered no compensation for the wasted time and costs. Altogether a very poor experience from a Company that seems unresponsive to customer e-mails, phone calls and concerns.
