WH Smith

I have shopped in Whsmith for many years but this branch is horrendous. Whilst there are some friendly staff that work here, there is one woman who has been rude and snappy with me every time she has served me. She is a small woman who does not wear the Whsmith's uniform and recently shaved her head (how she is a manager is beyond me!) Once I didn't hear what she said and asked her to repeat it, she snapped at me! I have also seen her being vile to other staff members, on one occasion telling one co-worker to 'use their brain' and calling another 'stupid'. The store is also poorly run with only one or two staff members in the store at a time, leaving them with a large work load. The papers are never delivered on time and I think i will start shopping elsewhere!!!
