Poor service agressive Engineer

I contacted this company to carry out several repairs to my appliances and provide some new ones. We had agreed that on the day they were coming to repair/deliver they would phone to give me 20 minutes notice so I could have someone in place to guide them. They failed to do this. They then carried out shoddy repairs with the wrong parts, put a machine where it was not meant to go and did not thoroughly check the items they quoted for resulting in the fact that after one repair the machine did not work anyway as they had failed to check it properly. They then failed to phone me to tell me of the problems. The next day after me phoning them I received a call from the engineer who was rude and aggressive, made no apology and blamed me and a member of staff for the problems. I told him to come and remove his machines and spare parts (that did not fit anyway) and in doing this he slagged me off to my staff member. Great customer service!! Not!!

This review is inaccurate. The machines that were ordered were installed correctly and in places instructed to put them. We have photographic evidence of each machine working as were shown in an email. As for the repairs, 2 of the machines were completed. The third, we had been supplied the incorrect part for it, which we explained and a new one was ordered. In a telephone call we made to yourself you were unreasonable and refused to allow any of us to give you an explanation. Even saying you were not going to allow us to speak and hung up. Unfortunately, when we have no way of communicating with yourself when refusing to allow us to we had no option but to remove all spare parts and appliances. As a business, we take customer service seriously however that also works both ways. If a customer is unreasonable and hangs up the phone, refusing to listen to a reasonable explanation with proof that what we are being accused of is untrue, we have no option but to reclaim unpaid for goods.

Imagine trying to arrange a replacement washing machine for a tenanted property during the Covid 19 lockdown and social distancing..... not easy but WWA made it stress free by sending me online options, easy payment by BACS or over the phone and fast to the door delivery to remain compliant.
This is the second time I have used the team and would definitely recommend keeping your business local as they offer a personal service and are incredibly helpful.
