As our population grows and people are living for longer it has become increasingly difficult to find high quality care.

We have founded Westmorland Homecare on traditional values and we are passionate about providing the highest quality care. Our mission is to change the lives of people in our community, both clients and staff, by creating something really special.

Our service starts with finding the very best Homecare assistants who are rigorously selected during the recruitment process. Next we give them extensive training, delivered ourselves, so we know they are up to the highest standard. The care staff then receive world class support 24 hours per day and training throughout their career.

Every client will be personally introduced to their Homecare assistants before they come for any visits and we handpick each person so they are perfectly matched to each other. We make sure our clients get the same Homecare assistants for all their visits to ensure continuity and so they can build up the friendship that makes everything else work well. Our office team is also on hand to help at all times and has a wealth of experience to share.

It is important to us that every client is looked after like a personal family member and every member of staff is cared for too so they can carry out their vocation to the highest level.
