Very poor. I ordered a front tow bar for transporter despite a confirmation phone call they later to confirm my order. In the afternoon I had a rude phone call telling me they didn't have it and it would be cancelled also tell me they hadn't charged me when they had.Really helpful as I had taken my bumper of ready to fit based on the information they had it from previous call. No offer of any compensation or good will gesture .AVOID will not use again

Land Rover Freelander Front push bar (no electrics) does the job i need it to do makes life easy.

I booked my car a landrover freelander in for a front push bar to be fitted,at the Newton Abbot branch,i had already enquired the price from the makers £195 + £36+£11=£242 inclusive of vat free postage over £70.I instructed weston towing to order and fit the push bar,and paid £100 deposit,on the 19/07/22 i took my car in for the fitting and decided to wait,The fitter came for starter fob and one hour later the job was done,i went to settle up and was charged a total of £470, That makes the hourly charge for fitting £228, i equired the hourly charge and was told £50+vat per hour,It seems i have been overcharged by £168.00. my invoice no989958. am i due a refund thank you.

Went in for a new number plate and to have electrics on vehicle tested while it was being made. Problem with electrics found and rather than me making a return visit they squeezed me in and sorted the problem out within half an hour. Excellent advice and service from all staff, both counter and fitter. Would definitely recommend.
