2Hi, We are really sorry to hear you are not pleased with the service you received from us, particularly as we have been carrying out work for yourself and your family for over 13 years. We understand that your heating system has been problematic over the last few years, and it appeared the work we carried out in July had overcome much of the problem. However, you have now recently raised further issues. As indicated in my recent email we are really happy to return, as we have done over the years, to have another look. I assure you, we have not been short with you, most certainly not over the money, as you most certainly know by our dealings over the years, we are not that type of company. We are just really busy at this time, as I had said on the phone yesterday, I would call you back in good time. I hope we get this sorted out for you really soon, we realise winter will soon be upon us. Wishing yourself, and family well.
