A very modern 21st century complex. Heated by electricity many of the flats would benefit from improved heating systems
Commercial Energy Assessments include an inspection of the build type and methods used. This is an image of a cavity wall built in the 1990s. The energy assessment found it did not comply with Building Regulations and the quality control had been poor with surplus mortar not being removed.
