Dr Gizem is amazing! She made me feel comfortable when I had my nose filler done, the procedure was painless as she used numbing cream. Really enjoyed my experience here, Dr Gizem is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and always happy to answers any questions.
I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to enhance their skin appearence or regain their confidence. After having my nose done, I feel more confident now and happy to take those profile pictures, which before I avoided to. Also glad to say that after 11 months, my nose did not go back completely to what it was before (that deviation ). Thank you Dr Gizem!

Sorry for OTT but sometimes must be done. Easy 5-star. I had unbearable pain matched with TOTAL cowardness.....booked emergency appointment same day, car-park right outside, state-of art 21st C and fully IT-friendly clean (spotless) dentist practice, receptionist (sorry forgot name !) sorted all paperwork immediately, Dr Shabnam and Nikita gave me full x-ray and thorough prognosis, and sorted within 1 hr......TOTALLY at ease and painless.....MAGICIANS !! Going back for a full MOT shortly.

Throughout procedure I was kept informed about all aspects of the process.The level of service was outstanding and the quality of work superb.

As a lifelong dental phobic I went to West House somewhat anxiously. It was not what I feared, I found it to be a most positive experience and I am not concerned about returning for my checkup in the future. The staff and the ambience were exceptional.

I've been thinking about getting Invasalign for a while now. I actually had braces as a teen but the dentists at the time didn't do a great job. I feel I need something done again but I'm not sure what would be the best option, or if it will be a waste of money.

When I heard there was an Invasalign Open Day at West House Dental nearby in Pinner, this was a perfect opportunity for me to get an Orthodontist's opinion. Dr. Telmo and the rest of the team were great in answering my questions!

After my initial consultation, I'm now much more informed and confident about what can be done. Dr Telmo recommended extractions this time round, and fixed fixtures (hidden) for after when the braces come off to stop the teeth moving again in the future.

He even showed me a scan of what my teeth would look like after and it would make such a big difference! I'll definitely be going back when ready to go ahead.

The practice is very nice and modern, didn't feel like the dentists at all!
