Great taxi company

WDT had taken my Father to hospital for his cancer treatment for approx 5 yrs. He has passed away now but I will always be very grateful for how respectful, patient & kind they were to him. He appreciated that immensely. They always made sure he had a vehicle he was comfortable in and easy get in/out of. Also they tried to help if we had an emergency to get to the hospital. My father was not always in good spirits but our usual driver Les would have some cheeky banter with him and his mood improved. On the strength of the above Les provided wedding vehicles for my son’s wedding. My family have continued to use WDT for local travel as well as to go/from airports. I would also like to add this small note that their vehicles were always very clean inside and out and the drivers wore WDT clothing - something using other companies elsewhere in the country is quite unusual.

Excellent van taxi trip to London Heathrow

Excellent service from start to finish. My wife and I relocated overseas with 7 suitcases. Les at West Devon Taxis made the journey to London Heathrow so expertly seamless from a positive booking to finish. We enjoyed the smooth journey and arrived ahead of schedule. This company is doing really good work and I would definitely recommend. The van was very comfortable and has some nice chrome modifications that were fun.

Stress free comfortable journey.

We hired west Devon taxis to take us to Southampton to join our p&o cruise and then collect us from Gatwick Airport on our way back. . Both journeys were stress free and he offered to stop for a coffe or loo break when we wanted. His car was comfortable and spacious. He met us at the airport right on time and we were able to get in to the car with no hassle. We would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, great taxi company

Les and Paul are amazing. I’ve been using them for years and always happy to help. Always on time and can’t fault them at all. They will always do their best to help. Never have to stress when I book with them, for small or longer trips. Excellent service and would always recommend.

Les took my wife & I to Birmingham Airport. He provided a saloon car so my wife could get in easily. His car was immaculate and very comfortable. It felt like we were on holiday the minute we got into the car, we were relaxed and not stressed/worried. My wife is semi disabled so needed a few comfort breaks along the way which Les was very helpful with. We have booked WDT many times for short trips - hospital, shopping etc and this was the 1st time for a very long journey. We have booked with Les again for next year.
