What a lovely friendly garage. I took my car along, on the recommendation of a friend , and can only compliment the staff on their friendly but professional attitude. Being a woman, I have in the past , felt intimidated and pressured into getting unnecessary work done at inflated prices . Abe explained everything fully to me and surprised me with a very reasonable quote , which I was more than happy to accept. Moreover, when I went to collect my car he informed me that one of the jobs wasn't as expensive as first thought, so the final bill was cheaper than I was originally quoted . Honesty does pay lads because I will definitely be recommending your garage to all my friends. Thanks again West Derby Motors .
