I felt in desperate need to find a practice that would be able to offer not just professional care with up-to-date techniques - but a human side, a balance between running a business with patients coming and going, whilst remembering that we are sometimes feeling more vulnerable, giving up control.
Treatments started in June 2017 - The care, support, attention I received during my first consultation given by Dr Martyn Thomas was like a breath of fresh air, trust was immediate, his professional attitude, care & time taken to explain my current state, my options, I knew right there and then, that I had found the right place.
Further confirmed with many dentist and hygienist visits. Robyn the Hygienist is an absolutely dedicated brilliant, caring and supportive young lady.
The assisting staff is so dedicated, welcoming - this always with a smile.
I feel so grateful having being able to have found at last, such a caring Team - they so deserve to be known.

I had my first visit to Westcoast today and I couldn't be more impressed.

I have always disliked going to the dentist and am a bit of a nervous patient. I saw Mr Martyn Thomas who put me instantly at ease...he was very friendly, easy going and very thorough. He gave me the most comprehensive information I've ever had about my teeth and gave me options for a simple and cheap treatment to eradicate a cosmetic defect on two teeth that has bothered me for years - something no other dental practice has done, leaving me to think I was stuck with it.

I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment at this practice and they've given me faith in dentists in general! Thank you - would definitely recommend
