David and staff has always offered first class service,price,and advice

I placed an order at Christmas to have enlargements made so that I could get them framed. They were extremely important presents to be posted to an ill family member. I stressed this to the owner of the business and they assured me this would be done. I paid in full and asked to be called if there were any issues.
I came back on the dates they had confirmed, only to find they had not completed my order at all! The owner of the business made every excuse in the book and claimed I should have called to check it would be ready...Unbelievable behaviour.
It was only when I inevitably got emotional that she seemed to retract her statement, blame another staff member and offer to have it completed by the next day.
I strongly recommend not taking your business here!

Went to the Dorchester shop 17th March 2016 with my Eos 5 film camera which had not been used for a while and not working.
The Lady found the problem, it was the out of date battery, I had asked for a estimate for repair, it was nice to walk out only paying for a battery and not being ripped off.
Throughly recommend Wessex Photographic.
