Avoid at all costs
1I called up requesting an urgent print job for that evening or for collection in the morning for last minute stock for an event. The quote was higher than usual for a job of its type but on some compromise I accepted it due to the urgency.
I was in contact with Joe all afternoon via text, confirming when I would supply the files and arranging when I would collect.
After sending the files I was met with complete radio silence. I emailed to request confirmation of receipt of the files to no response, text messages the same. I called multiple times and heard nothing.
The website says collection is to be made from their Tabard Street branch, with which no address is listed. I headed to Tabard street to find that a branch here does not exist.
I have just been to their oxford street address as listed on their site to find a blank frontage The intercom is for the next door JD sports.
