Beautiful flowers, shame about the service!

My husband bought me some beautiful flowers from here for our wedding anniversary today. However, he said that the woman that served him stayed chatting on the phone when he went in and then when she decided to serve him made no apology for this and was rude and abrupt. Such a shame we won't be using this florist again due to this.
