Welling Service Centre

Our family have been taking our cars to Welling Service Centre for a few years now. They always do a fabulous job in diagnosing and repairing any faults in good time. Not only is the work done to a high standard, but the team are so friendly to deal with.

How I wish I had read these reviews before visiting this garage. The only reason I visited was becaused they were the closest garage to me where mytyres.co.uk were willing to deliver my tyres to.
Where do I start, if you thought Kwikfit was bad, this is on another level.
I went for a tyre swap on a spare set of winter wheels and then swap my summers for the winter wheels. Here is a list of things that they did (I have called them, they were apologetic and offering discounts on future services, as if I would ever again trust them:
1. I have never seen someone take tyres off wheels the way they did, I almost felt sorry for my old tyres, I should have stopped them there and then and ran away
2. Scratched every single one of my otherwise unmarked up to that point winter wheels while removing tyres and putting new ones
3. They were using a knife to remove the old weights, wow
4. Damaged the undercarriage of my car on all three corners where they lifted it up
They should be shut down.

I had received very bad service here avoid this place if you care about your time and money. They had charged me for services they never provided complete scam.

Shocking service, lack of knowledge and very expensive. Avoid this garage.

Unprofessional, far too high prices and lack of mechanical knowledge.
You go to them to solve a problem in the engine and you go with other problems that you have to spend more money.
This company never gives a receipt and does not accept payment by card.
I do not recommend this service, waste of time and many nerves.
