Welling Mobility Ltd

Asked this company to repair and infill 2 of my tires on my rare mobility scooter. Over the phone the gentleman was pleasant and assured me he knew my scooter. when he arrived he told me he wouldn't be able to get it to the workshop as he didn't have space and he couldn't put it in my storage as it would be too difficult. He then told me he wasn't sure if he could get the tires off at all as they would be rusted on (my scooter had only been stationary for 2 weeks). He also told me I would need new batteries as he hadn't been on charge for 2 weeks and also insisted I brought 3 tires instead of 2 as he would be unbalanced (all of which is untrue). When I explained I didn't need those things he became very rude and said he couldn't fit new ones, I said if he didn't want to do the job or couldn't get tires off and him into storage I would find someone who could. He demanded £50 and told me I was an arrogant cow, my carer to shut up and left it abandoned with no tires on. Avoid!

I came in to welling mobility ltd for some general information on stairlifts and scooters, And Carly and Keith were fantastic they provided me with lots of information and made me feel very comfortable. We have since had a stairlift fitted by them and I can not thank them enough for the service and help. Keep up the good work Carly and keith.

Quick turn around and very friendly and very helpful staff. I will be using Welling Mobility ltd again.
