A focused and personalised approach to becoming fit and well, using the beautiful landscape of Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire.

Combining personal training and soft tissue massage therapy. We believe there's much more to being healthy than a low heart rate and that is why we offer a rounded approach.

We use the natural environment as well as indoor training as part of our bespoke fitness plans, to enhance a sense of wellbeing. Combining a variety of tools including, TRX, kettlebells, Stott Pilates, calisthenics, running and cycling.

Our holistic approach also includes remedial and soft tissue massage to help a wide spectrum of people recover from injury or to maintain good health and fitness.

We pride ourselves on quality and high professional standards. The individual is always central to our work.

I cannot recommend Matt at Well Trodden Path highly enough. I have been having weekly sessions for over a year and he has always been patient and encouraging and always takes an individual approach to a fitness plan, with a key focus on long term goals.
Sessions are always challenging, but fun, and offer variety. I have gone from being a complete couch potato to someone who can run a 5k and have found the joy in exercise again.
