Well Pharmacy

2 Livingstone Rd, Nottingham, NG3 3GG Directions

   Now closed Open Tuesday 08:30 - 18:30

Business overview

Due to the unprecedented demand on our pharmacies and in line with government guidance, we’ve had to adjust our opening times. These closures allow our staff to dedicate time to deal with the high demand, and to ensure the ongoing supply of core services to patients. We are significantly busier than usual, but we're working hard to look after all our patients. The majority of our pharmacies are currently closed between 1 pm and 2 pm, and are otherwise open their normal hours.

Terrible service

This pharmacy should not be operating. They do not deliver seriously needed medication on time, and rarely answer the phone. When you do get through you receive an awful attitude for their errors. Something really needs to be done about them. People are suffering badly at the hands of their service

Good chemist willing to go the extra mile

I'm writing this mainly as a rebuttal to the one negative review. it's a chemist and the main one for the St Anns area, dealing with hundreds of customers, so it's never going to be lightning fast, but what chemist is?

I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful over the last 20 years, just as you'd expect from a large company in a customer facing business. And obviously in these difficult times, they're providing a vital service to the best of their ability.

I used to use this chemist every week, but Never again, the staff are very rude especially the girl behind the counter who is supposed to help you not aggravate customers when I asked why they didn't have all of my medication she said"well you don't have to come here there are other chemist" they are slow, they never have your full medication, I have been given the wrong meds and had to go back, and there is always a long wait for your prescription, there is no organization, someone needs to step in and take control, this is absolutely ridiculous service
