Always on time, polite. Driver's are friendly and never over charge like some firms.

The taxi ride was fine but a bit expensive. Usually I pay £8 for the journey and the meter said 12.70 in the car but I paid with card as I was told that was available at the start of the journey. I wasn’t able to see the amount on the card reader and now looking at my bank statement I was over charged? Definitely won’t be using them again in future and I’d have a word with your employees to check the amount they charge customers prior to them paying. I’ll be using iCars next time
