WebWake

Webwake is a small, dynamic website design agency in Newport, South Wales. Tracy and her team (partners) have just developed a new mobile friendly website, to compliment my main site, (this produced an instant boost on Google!). They also provided invaluable assistance with my SEO, (search engine optimization) setting up targeted campaigns for the Events & Weddings side of my business. Tracy has always reacted very efficiently to requests for updates or maintenance on my websites, they provide the ideal solution for start-up and established businesses.

From an awkward brief Webwake excelled in both design and branding, creating well thought out navigational links between the pages on the website. They did a really good job, I was pleased with the outcome… and more importantly my clients like it!
I think with my project Nick and Tracy’s greatest asset was their patience and endurance. I probably wasn’t their easiest of clients, however their approachability and professionalism would always win the day.

When we, the Newport Kutaisi Twinning Assoc. felt our website had become unwieldy and difficult to navigate Tracy and Nick came to the rescue. They were very friendly, very patient and easy to talk to, taking time to listen as to what we wanted.
They set to and rebuilt the old NKTA website; creating a much more organised and intuitive web experience for our visitors.
Nothing was too much trouble. They both listened to what we had to say and most importantly did not confuse us with web development jargon.
Going beyond expectations Tracy taught us how to use WordPress for blogging; which helps in keeping all interested people updated with the NKTA’s latest news.
When the new website was presented to the Association it was met with 100% approval.
