Disgusting service and company 5 weeks later and still no warranty for shutter I had fitted, asked them to initially come out as they left old wood exposed when fitted new door and looked a mess. Other issues include water getting in my garage and drilling a hole in my external wall and plugging the mains into my outside electric box after telling me that they needed access to house so could wire in electrics. They where very quick to respond to messages originally when getting money but since the issues they have started ignoring them. I’ve had numerous promises that they would call out to rectify problems and never turned up …. Currently in the hands of trading standards

My garage door was on its last legs so I called and the guys came out the next day with a more than competitive price.
The came back the next day took out the old frame, door and motor for the old parts installing an insulated aluminium automatic roller door.
The guys were polite did everything and more than expected I couldn't fault them at all.
The door is fantastic, quiet and making a massive difference.

We purchased a shutter from them which costed approximately £1000. The shutter was not installed correctly, so after a month the shutter detached from the motor and almost fell on the car. I called them out and they did come and fix it. However, the shutter messed up a second time - it would not retract fully. I rang the company and they said that they would like £50 for petrol in order to come out and fix it, baring in mind that the product was still under warranty and it was not mentioned previously that we would have to pay transport costs. I informed my friend about the situation with the shutter and he said that all I needed to do was twist a mechanism in the motor with a hex key. I did so and it would retract fully.

This is unco-operation from the company and I would strongly recommend that no one purchase shutters from them, it is a combination of poor installation, terrible service and hassle.
