We Fit Any Furniture Ltd

Don’t use this company for anything. I did my bedroom with them October 2020, they use cheap product, spend some more money and get a good service somewhere else. They told me I have 10 years guarantee, some doors and drawers are broken, after more than 10 emails and phone called, finally they replied back and asked me to pay nearly £300 for someone to come a me see what happens and to pay for item replacement. They good to take your money.

We paid £5,000+ for the fitted wardrobes from them. Sales guy very professional and their surveyor was excellent. Unfortunately built quality very poor. Happy to share photographs. Waited six weeks for an appointment for a fitter to return. Should have been here Monday 30th November. He phoned on Monday evening at 5:30 to say half an hour away from our house and only have a screwdriver as tools on another job.
I asked, how would you replace and cut new panels without tools. He said I will come tomorrow afternoon with tools. Surely he should have read Surveyors report. 7 o'clock in the evening now and no sign of him and offices closed as usual on answer phone.
Very disappointed

We were recommended We fit any Furniture by a family member and not disappointed. We made a tentative enquiry and Sarah the sales lady came to plan and show us on screen what the bedroom would look like. She was very efficient & friendly. We agreed the price and she advised the technical planner Martin would come to see us to finalise measurements etc.
The manufacturing process was completed on time and the fitter arrived as booked. Having seen and worked with a lot of fitters over the years Mike was an exception. He was courteous, professional, hard working & skilled at his Job, punctual and left the bedroom spotless.
Everything is to an excellent standard. Unfortunately due to Covid our handles haven’t arrived from Italy but know these will be fitted ASAP. We would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future, a very pleasant experience, thankyou

Terrible experience from the very start!
The first fitters who turned up were disgustingly rude as I was 4 months pregnant and I couldn't move a bed out of the room.
Then after it was finally installed a week after they turned up the first time....
Within a couple of weeks the handles were falling off.... took constant phone calls and badgering to get them back to sort....
Then the doors are not lined up properly... there are cracks appearing..... it's in a terrible condition not even a year on... been calling weekly since end of last year.... constant false promises of people calling back or someone coming to visit.... still waiting!
