We Buy Any Scrap

This is a shocking place. I was driving to a nearby business when a lady accidentally run over one of the "illegal" traffic cones this business had placed in the middle of a public highway. He hurled offensive abuse at the woman and when an older gentleman who had been helping the lady tried to explain, he was assaulted. Brutally head-butted in broad daylight and in plain sight of around 5 other witnesses and me. I hope the old guy calls the police I have given the old guy my details and will gladly stand as a witness. Horrible

Sold my copper and got paid within 1 hour, received a copy of all the correct paperwork. Couldn’t fault the service

Quick uplift: Driver left without giving a receipt for the car. Company did email it over.
Payment was slow. Text emailed & phoned. Assured payment was made. A week later still no payment. Called and reviewed the account details. They made out that the account details on the paperwork were incorrect. I had the paperwork in front of me during the call: there were no mistakes. Told it would be done in 10 mins. Called back: it wasn't: too busy. I guess that I wasn't important? Told that they would call me back. They didn't, I felt like I was being messed around.
Finally got paid after threatening legal action.
I think that they need to make payment on receipt of the car, or at least pay promptly:keeping their word when they give it.
I was disappointed, as the price was good, the delivery was quick and as stated. The office follow up customer service needs worked on; inefficient.
I have managed over 100 people, and also lectured in college. I know excuses when I hear them.

My old car lifted and the paperwork sorted out in minutes with a superb deal thrown in, excellent
company all the way from first contact to job done, highly recommend.
