Took my Honda to these guys yesterday morning and by 12.00 clock had a miss call of them to say the car was ready. I was in work so I couldn’t answer, they send a text straight away to say the car was already done. amazing I think that sending a text was great and very efficient way Of letting us know. Not only did they call they sent a friendly text which Was helpful. Usually at a car garage I am waiting all day for that dreaded phone or I am chasing themat the end of the day asking if the car is ready. It was nice 👍 to actually been phoned for a change and then have a text by midday to say car was ready. Such a lovely personal touch. Also on arrival the guys were very helpful and explained everything that they did on the car and wasn’t to expensive. 💯 recommend and will be back.

I recently took my car to Wayside as my brakes were squealing. Shane and Lee were very honest with reporting back to me what had caused the problem and also informed me of two other issues which I was also aware of. Good customer service explaining things to me and a great price for the work carried out. I will definitely return to Wayside in the future if my car develops any faults but will also return for MOT's and Servicing. Good customer service is paramount in a business, well done both.

Have used this Garage for approx 40 years both as a business customer and a private customer and have always received the very best of service from first Graham and now Lee.Would not use anybody else!
