Poor practices

I want to give fair warning about this garage's practices, who quoted me a price "including VAT" and then charge me VAT on top when I came to collect my car. Left in an impossible situation I paid under duress and attempted a futile complaint. Please make sure you get written confirmation of their quoted prices if you decide to make use of their services.

Gearbox Experts!!

I highly recommend the team at Wavertree Automatics! Not only are they kind and friendly, they absolutely are the experts in this field. Having been provided multiple quotes from main dealer and other so called "specialists" including one outfit who are clearly cowboys who quoted me £1800 initially and then increased to £2800 for my Santa Fe gearbox rebuild without so much as peeking at the gearbox! I heard about these guys from a friend and gave them a call and booked my car in. The quote was the most reasonable and service and communications standard was excellent. My car is back on the road with a 1 year warranty on the 'box - couldn't be happier!
Thanks Paul and Tony - you guys deserve to win all the gearbox business in South London!

Friendly - professional - quick service - affordable - and reliable

I have used their service's recently for a gear box problem with my Mini Cooper and was extremely please in the way it was dealt with.

It was a speedy great service with a very satisfactory outcome

Would recommend them to my family and friends to use.
