Poor communication, lack of care

We have had scaffolding for renovation work. The company was good at the begining. However we have phoned multiple times for them to take the scaffolding down as we have cracked roof tiles and we have a leak in our kitchen, where the poles are. I have left voice messages and spoken to them. They say they will come but don't turn up. Being winter this is not the best. So I give one star for communication and the fact that they don't prioritize, lack of consideration.

Watt a great company

I needed scaffolding when I had the wooden facia replaced. Having no idea how much it would cost I had quotes from Watts and others. The decision to used Watts was easy due to the professional approach of Richard when he came to quote and the cost.
The team arrived as agreed and had the scafffold up in no time on what must have been the warmest day this year. They were polite and very professional. In contrast they came on the wettest day of June to remove the scaffold and worked in the most atrocious conditions imaginable.
Should I ever need scaffold again there would only be one choice..... Watts Scaffolding, I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had scaffolding for new roof

Had watts scaffolding erect scaffolding around my house for a new roof. Watts scaffolding were a very professional company and the were very prompt in erecting it I would strongly recommend watts scaffolding ltd to any one looking for a great service.

Watts scaffold carried out my scaffold work, the job was a pleasure to work from, very strong and safe and was praised by many. The job was erected very prompt and for a good price. (The best I had been quoted)
