New Bathroom, Sunderland

After reading reviews for Washington Gas Services, I gave this company a call for a complete new bathroom. Anthony and his dad Peter came out, measured up, and gave us some suggestions on layout of the bathroom. They gave us an estimate which was spot on when the job was finished. The gentleman who did the work, Tony, is an absolute master at what he does. He moved all the pipework, then fitted a new ceiling, walls, flooring, bathroom door, walk in shower, heated towel rail, toilet and vanity unit. We now have a stunning new bathroom and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for home improvements.

Very professional work on a combi boiler replacement.

From the very first phone call for a quote you could tell the professionalism of this company. The quote was provided to me on the same day & also while on-site they were more than competent in any questions I asked providing me with a very good (Layman's terms if needed) explanation. After agreeing to the quote, WGS came out within weeks & did exactly as described in a very professional and prompt manner and even tidied up after themselves.

my beautiful bathroom

I was in a traffic queue and was behind a white van that was advertising bathrooms so I jotted the telephone number down as I was after a new bathroom. This was the best thing I ever did. I contacted them and Anthony and Peter came to my home to discuss what I needed. They went over every aspect of my requirements and made suggestions of their own of placements of bath etc. They were very professional in the way they conducted themselves and we agreed prices and timescales. The job was started on time and I can't speak too highly of Tony, the tradesman who actually completed my bathroom. He worked like a Trojan and nothing was a bother for him and I am delighted with my finished bathroom, he has done an excellent job, and it was completed on time. Anthony and Peter were in contact with me through the whole process. I am over the moon with the finished product and I would recommend this company to anyone. I love my bathroom, thank you for a job well done. Sylvia

Professional Company

After being let down by a local Bathroom Company to design and fit an En-suite, Washington Gas Services stepped in at a weeks notice and provided us with an outstanding service. Peter and Anthony listened to our needs and sourced all of the quality materials for the bathroom, Tony the fitter was exceptional in his work ethic and the quality of his workmanship was outstanding. We now have a beautiful en-suite bathroom which my wife and I are very proud of. Many thanks Peter, Anthony and Tony. Neil & Julie Smith

Professional Tradesman- Recommended

We have used the services of Washington Gas Services on several occasions and find the overall experience both good and satisfying, we can not fault the work carried out varying from Kitchen Refurbishment, Boiler Instalation / servicing and Electrical work.
