I will not take our cars anywhere else. Warrens are professional, reliable, efficient and honest. Pricing is great and honest. They fit me in urgently when my brakes broke and also did my MOT so I didn't have to go back another day. Their service has always and continues to be amazing. I love the lady on front desk, she is polite, and friendly, goes out of her way to get things done. Her communication is excellent and although obviously busy she chats with you. Used Warrens garage for first time today for a gearbox problem. I am always a little wary of car repair garages but Warrens were fantastic and fixed the problem. I really appreciated that they do not charge for the initial assessment of identifying the issue/fault (a lot of garages do). In my case the car just needed the gear linkage lubricated and they were honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again, including for MOT and service.

I have been a customer of Warren Garage for over 30 years and have found them to be consistently reliable and effective at providing a sound technical support for the range of cars which I have had over that period. In the last few years they have improved their already good customer service and are extremely efficient and reliable.

Absolutely excellent customer service- would definitely recommend! I rang the garage this morning and by this afternoon the problem with my car was identified and sorted out. This also involved Warrens having to order the particular bolt that I needed and then fit it, and by about 2pm I’d received a text saying that my car was ready for collection! Very reasonable prices and incredibly helpful staff- thank you so much Warrens! I could not recommend them enough!
