Warman builders worked on our extension from March to May 2018 and did an outstanding job. They provided both quality building works but also importantly were able to manage all aspects of the project and manage things when we weren't around. The warman foreman and the team were very approachable throughout and we were consulted at all times when decisions needed to be made. In fact the site team had many great suggestions which improved the project as a whole. Overall the project was completed within about three months, in line with our expectations and what we were promised at the outset despite snow and other challenges during construction. The quality of work is also very high and one year later there have been no faults to report. I would thoroughly recommend this builder if you need a high quality extension.

Despite unforeseen serious ground problems, the Warman team dealt efficiently and cheerfully with the problems they faced and, as a result, we have a kitchen extension of high quality. The external stone work is superb and, with the reclaimed slate roof and ridge tiles, it look like it has been there forever! We are delighted with the result and have to comment that the Warman "boys" became part of the family and were a credit to the Company in all respects.

We used Pete Warman and his company to do lots of varied repair and restoration work on my mothers property. The quality of workmanship was always excellent, they communicated at every step of the way, never charged more than the agreed quote, were always helpful and efficient, always arrived on time, worked hard all day and still left with a smile. We used Pete Warman to build a new kitchen extension. I cannot praise them enough, they were helpful, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The workmanship was first class, all the chaps were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A wonderful well run company.
