Wardman Brown designed a single story extension to our home which included alterations to our kitchen. Having lived overseas for many years we were unfamiliar with the planning and building control requirements for the project. Lee Wardman efficiently and patiently guided us through the various stages and at our request was able to recommend engineers and building contractors for the project. Lee was always available, responded to our many calls for advice, and was pleased to visit to discuss the project with us. We are very pleased with Lee's design for our extension and with the quality of the service Lee provided. Thank you!

A friendly, helpful and professional first discussion, was replicated through site visits and planning meetings.
All work was carried out efficiently and imaginatively. Third party communications by WB with Council planners and building regulators were swift and smoothly handled.
All communications with ourselves were conducted cheerfully, promptly and politely.
