Why has my case CASE CAS 63810H1K5 been closed when.I hasn't been resolved.I am very dissatisfied with the way this CASE has been handled can someone please answer my emails. When a complaint has been going on for this long and your only answer is to.close it shows incompetence.

Poor repairs poor management

Awful service to tenants repairs have to wait wages even when you put a complaint in you don’t get an answer , managers never ever get involved always told by repairs team I will send a email to raise your issue. But they still want you to pay your rent maybe I should stop paying. Reported a repair 7 months ago still not been repaired to a good service eveb the contractor said to my son it’s not safe I will have to come back to re do well I’m still waiting 😡

WORLDS WORST HOUSING

This is the WORST housing association EVER. I have been waiting for a call back from my housing officer for over two months and a call back from a manager for almost 6-7 months . They really do NOT care about their tenants or the service they provide. I waited 7 years for the front door to be fixed and if I was to go into all the other issues we may be here longer than I have been waiting for a response.
The main point is DO not rent or buy anything from them. The mental stress that they cause is not worth it.
