This garage are fair, professional and trustworthy, If it might cost more on inspection they warn you and if, luckily it is just the clutch , the price drops accordingly. Handy text alert to let you know car is ready. All staff friendly and helpful, mechanics are top notch. Not only does my car look brand new after a complimentary car wash it drives like new too. Great job

Brilliant garage! Honest, friendly & reliable service.

Brilliant garage! Both my husband and I get all our MOT's and services done there. I trust them completely! They have always been so honest, friendly and efficient. They are very knowledgeable and even helped recommend a brand of car which I bought and haven't had any issues with. I have been ripped off in the past by a couple of other garages, so am very relieved to have found this one. First class service! Thank you :)

V poor experience with MOT

Very poor service. They kept my car for a week rather than the promised day, due to incorrect diagnosis then parts arriving faulty. A gesture of goodwill discount off the bill was flatly refused saying “it’s not our fault“ and “it happens to lots of our customers”. Hardly recommending yourselves and neither will I.

Trustworthy mechanics

Have been going here for a few years now. Always polite, helpful and FAIR! Recently they fixed a stuck door lock on my sons old VW Golf. Luckily they have a VW trained mechanic and for him it was a quick and easy task, so they only charged us half an hours labour! How honest is that ? Brilliant!

Dreadful customer care!

Very unhappy with this garage, before collection I called and kindly asked for my car and paper to be ready for prompt collection. When I arrived I found out they did not bother ! Car was parked far from the garage, on public road, had to wait for it to be brought over. Clearly left in insecure place overnight. Payment machine was not charged, had to wait even more. When I asked why .. they argued my car was repaired. Dreadful customer service, will never go there again! These people need to learn what customer care is in 21 century!!

When a vehicle is left at our premises for days and days for a 1hr repair we have to request that the car is parked across the road. Called at 8am and collected at 8.05am. Why then was the vehicle left with us for so long? Holiday parking? No comments left for the work carried out which really is what the feedback is for. Both Alex and Jo have excellent customer care as hundreds of customers already know
