Brilliant service

Our flight was delayed by 8 hours in Italy, meaning we arrived back at LGW at 2am in the morning instead of 6pm the day before. Station Cars liaised with my son home here, tracked our flight number, and were there waiting for us when we finally staggered exhausted and hungry off the plane. You can't ask for better service than that - we were very relieved and grateful. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional, dishonest and lacking basic courtesy

Pre-booked a cab for 11:40, driver arrived at 12:05. Son missed his pre-paid lesson and when asked to take us back home, driver drove off saying he had to speak to his controller first. Heard nothing until I spoke to controller who promised to send next available driver. He sent nobody so my son who has autism was forced to sit out the lesson and watch his friends while he waited almost an hour for the return cab we’d pre-booked for 1pm. On complaint, the Controller promised his manager would call. I called back after 12days and got a patronising controller who claimed not to know anything of the matter.

Reliable Cab

Prebooked over phone one day in advance to take me to St Helier hospital. Received a text confirming booking and price. On the day, I received further text detailing make and registration no. of cab. Cab arrived on time and texted and rang to say he was outside. Clean, smooth journey. Very impressed. Booked return cab, agreed to wait 30 minutes as one not readily available. Received another text confirming booking and car make and registration. Again car arrived punctually. Very impressed. Will definitely use again.
