POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABUSIVE PRICE

I would not recommend this supplier. I requested a quotation for a mirror in my bathroom cabinet and the quotation was £75 without fitting. With the fitting they charged me £162. The job was done in 10 minutes, which gives a rate of about £400 an hour!! The wholes in the cabinet were already done as this was a replacement. Also the Customer service was very poor, the person that came to take measures did not turn up two times in a row, therefore I had to rearrange 3 times with severe disruption of my working arrangements and the person that came to fit the mirror turned up 2 hours late. I would not recommend this provider.

Hi, Your initial quote for supply only was without the holes in the mirror. You then requested 6x screw holes and fitting which I believe £135.00+ vat is a reasonable price. I have spoken to the glazier regarding the appointments he has assured me that one appointment was missed due to him running behind on a job. We are sorry you feel this way but we did give you a quote which you accepted before manufacturing and fitting the mirror.

FANTASTIC service

Kenny the glasier and Samantha in the office were absolutely brilliant. Kenny was quick and clean and very polite. No messing around, just got the job done, tidy and pleasant to deal with. Perfect. Samantha always seemed to be available when I had a million questions and the 2 appointments I had were kept exactly on time. Would definitely use again and recommend. Kenny may need to wear a mask though for some customers!
