My recent experience was extremely disappointing and dangerous. After a wedding, my partner and I were about 10 minutes late to the taxi at the venue. Despite our apologies, the driver was clearly annoyed. The real problem occurred when we arrived home. My partner exited the taxi first, and I was still gathering my belongings when the driver abruptly started to drive off while my foot was still in the car. This reckless action caused me to be dragged along the pavement, resulting in bruised and sprained ankles. Thankfully, I was wearing slip-on shoes, so only my shoe was severely damaged. As a result of the incident, I also lost my phone, which was thrown out of the car and later found damaged by a neighbour. I am grateful that I wasn't more seriously injured, but this experience has left me shaken and disappointed. I would urge others to be very cautious. The driver didn't even check to make sure I was fully out of the car before driving off, which is unacceptable.

I have used taxi service before snd been happy. This time car to airport did not show. Called driver he claimed he was 1 -2 mins away. So I took luggage and stood in rain. He did not come phoned again he said he was dnd if the road. He was not. 29 mins late. I am older woman he refused to help lift case into his deep boot., said not his job. Failed to apologise. Never using Wakers again.

Very good service,reliable and efficient service

Would rather leave a single woman stranded at High Brooms station late at night rather than wait 5 minutes for a delayed train.

Terrible service….time and time again.
