Walker Taxis

The taxi drivers are the best people the price is good what ruins it is the operator they answer the phone impatiently and they are rude for no reason. I booked a taxi and it said it had arrived I go outside and there was no taxi I called the company and the woman was saying it’s outside look for it there was no cars on the street and no car noise then one of the operators sent me a message saying don’t call us again

The driver’s are so good but the operator lady is so so rude
When I had to cancel the taxi she was so rude and she told me not to ring us again and she hung up on me
Bad attitude and no manners at all
Cause I’m their regular costumer she shouldn’t speak to customers like that

Do not use them... The cab we booked didn't show. The first time we called to find out where it was, the lady was polite and told us to expect the car in a few minutes. 15 mins later we called again, the man was rude, told us the car had been and gone but we'd waited outside for him then just hung up, left us stranded in the cold.

Poor service. Cab didn't show and on the 2nd call to find out where it was, rude git hung up on us. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible service. The driver when he eventually turned up was STILL smoking until I asked him to throw it out. He then drove like an absolute lunatic to my destination. They also advertise they take card payments in every vehicle but this is again another lie, this driver told me you have to say when you book and they will "try" and send a driver with a card machine, but since they don't have that many I would be lucky to get one. He then had to take me to a cash machine at my expense so I could pay him. This service is not what it used to be, not even close. Never again will I use these, they have had way too many chances and the service is just getting worse by the day and don't even get me started on the stinking attitude of the office staff, especially the woman on a Saturday night!!!!
