Carly the receptionist and James the mechanic went out of their way to help me out after having a bad experience at another garage.
The other garage had quoted an expensive repair after a failed MOT leaving me stressed and worried that I might need to buy a new car.
Went to Walker Autos to check the MOT was done correct.
Having originally been booked in for a 15 minute diagnostic, Carly accommodated me in for an MOT there and then, which James completed within 30 minutes.
The car passed it's MOT to my shock & surprise , saving me a lot of stress let alone money!
All I can say is, great customer service, warm and welcoming, very easy experience .
Recommend them over other garages in Milton Keynes and will be going back for future repairs and MOT's
