Quick service, job done, no mess. It needed a slight adjustment a bit later, he came straiight away.

Promised would call next day to make appointment. Did not call. Following day called but kept making excuses for non attendance. When I said not to bother, he arranged to come straight away.
Had been promised a free estimate of work required. Instead went ahead, did work and demanded payment in cash. When I said I did not have cash, gave me details of personal bank account. No official invoice itemising work done. Simply a handwritten receipt.
Fitted an amplifer internally and some sort of box externally, attached to aerial with gaffer tape. Whilst it seemed to work initially, at first sign of rain, the signal broke up or failed altogether. Also fails when temperature drops below freezing. Clearly work not weather proof and external equipment not fit for purpose.
Was told work was guaranteed for 1 year. Have called 3 times asking for someone to come out and fix it. It is over a week now and still no one has made an appointment or come out to fix it.

What a brilliant service. Rang this afternoon and Martin came out a couple of hours later to do a quote. He did the job there and then. Great price and service. Would highly recommend ☺

We contacted Wales and West for advice on a home CCTV system. Martin visited and made recommendations for which equipment was required and where it should be positioned.
He installed and commissioned the system including configuring access through our android devices.
He was professional and courteous throughout and did an excellent job.
We are very happy to recommend him.

Martin replaced our aerial a couple of years ago and we were so happy with his work that we asked him to wall mount our new TV, soundbar and floating shelves.
This job he completed with minimal fuss and was clean and tidy in his work and very courteous in his manner.
