Shambles wash

I was a last min booking as she had a cancellation, she looked genuine, but while attempting to clean I say attempt because he still smelt , her plug melted into my socket and on pulling this hot plug out the pin was stuck to the wall it had fully melted upon this she told me she’ll pass it on to her manger, after numerous txts asking about the replacement of my plug she ignored my msg even now she still hasn’t paid for the repair I’ve asked to speak to the manger so I don’t get what shambles of a wagging dog wash this is but if u see this or or manger my plug socket in my wall is still out of use !!

I wrote an honest review about this company yesterday. The owner has lied and accused me of being aggressive, I actually have the messages shared between us and when I complained about the service and noted I would leave a negative review I was told I was a key board warrior and that her wasn’t the groomer so didn’t care!!!!! At no point was I aggressive and I don’t appreciate the lies, this is how he treats clients and I am very happy to show the exchanges of messages to Yell so they can see the kind of ppl they are advertising
I have shared all the transcripts between us on social media platforms to give a true honest representation of the attitudes of this company, along with how you lied on your comment back,
Truth be told the guy is on holiday as he admitted later in his messages, time to stop lying to ppl, no business can succeed this way……

Like I replied yesterday i made an honest mistake and couldn’t find d yr phone number I apologised in my my first message and offered a solution which was met with aggression. If all you have to worry about in life is a missed appointment then you are very fortunate. Given your attitude then frankly I’m glad we don’t have you as a customer. The fact that yuo have opened several accounts to leave bad reviews says iall people need to know about you Why don’t you put up yr response to my apology and let people see the truth The fact that I am on holiday is irrelevant as I am not one of the groomers and the business does not rely on me to be there.

Awful service and attitude

I wouldn’t waste your time with this groomer, took the day off work and they didn’t even have the decency to call to say he couldn’t make it. They tried to say they hadn’t got my number, so I sent him all the messages between us, and a photograph of a message sent a week before my dog was due just to confirm. I said I would appreciate a call to talk about this, he read my message and didn’t even bother responding, poor service, coward like attitude, don’t waste your time with this muppet
