Ripped rite off for £700 on new tv which was paid for middle of july 2013. company tells you anything to fob you off? Do not order from this company. go to companies check and youll see new director as of july 2013? mr slater. and youll also see we are electricals which is active company mr slater has resigned as director? speaks for itself.

should be locked up for theft.

Scammed by WAE+

Ordered an item marked as in stock, and paid extra for first class delivery, at the end of June. Cancelled the order on 10 July as it still hadn't arrived and I'd had to source it elsewhere. After the legal limit of 60 days, still no refund, and I'm having to take it up through Trading Standards and my CC company to force them to return my money.

This, looking at other reviews, is standard business practice for them. Avoid at all costs.

Disgrace. The worst sales and customer service I have experienced so far

I had to cancel my order after 3 weeks of waiting as no one I contacted had any clue when would I receive my item. For first 3 weeks I called twice a week and everytime I was told I would recieve my order within few working days. After 3 weeks I was told that my item is out of stock and they don't know when they will have it again. Then when I cancelled the order I was told that I would recieve refund within 30 days!!! If you try to find out when it is going to be they have no clue and just reply their default response: "within 30 days". I have been already waiting for the refund for over 16 days.

When I ordered the item I was not informed at the checkout that the item was not in stock or I would not have ordered. My order status remained at "Awaiting Fulfillment". I questioned the status of my order a few times through the customer service and each time I did so I was informed that my order would be dispatched imminently. After a month of waiting after again being told my order would be dispatched soon I decided to cancel the order and go elsewhere for the item I required.
Upon cancelling I was told that I would be refunded "soon"!! I questioned when exactly I would be refunded and was told "within 30 days" and was directed to the terms and conditions. I think I already know that I will be waiting the full 30 days before I receive my money back. Although, having now read various reviews on the net I will probably have to claim my money back through VISA.
Needless to say I will not be using the site ever again and warn others against using it. It has just been a pain in the ar*e. Yes the prices are good but it is questionable that WAE have any intention of ever delivering anything. Seems like a scam site to me and others are of the same opinion if you look.

Delays + no customer service

Hi,
I ordered some earphones on the 3rd of July and paid the extra amount for quick delivery (2-3 business days) receiving confirmation that my order will be delivered on between the 5th and 9th of July. We are now the 22nd of July and still haven't received them (14 business days).
Contacted them a first and they informed that they were some delays with this product and apologized for the inconvenience. But 6 days later, sent another email - without any reply - and finally email yesterday asking for refund and same here, I haven't heard back from them yet.
