Thank you so much for making the experience of organising mums headstone such a positive one. We live away and weren’t sure how easy it would be especially in lockdown year. From the first email it was a breeze. Kate immediately replied with all the information we needed and more. We were able to bounce ideas back and forth with her and she always came straight back with what we needed - nothing was too much trouble and it always felt that the team really cared that we got it right and they understood our wishes - but also they guided us quite a bit and gave us the benefit of their expertise and experience in areas where we weren’t sure how something might look. They double checked everything and sent new images with every change we made so that by the time we were actually able to go down in person it was more or less finalised. And the final result is stunning we absolutely love it and mum would too. We could not recommend this fantastic friendly family business more highly.

The staff at Everingham’s could not have been more kind and understanding during the sensitive process of choosing a memorial stone. They gave us plenty of options and suggestions of what to have on the stone too. They kept us informed throughout the process and even sent a photo once the stone was in situ.
