I called them for a quotation as wanted to get a few aspects of my vehicle looked out. Atrocious telephone manner and rushing to get me off the phone. I dropped the vehicle off to be “quoted” a price for certain repairs and when I came to collect it he demanded a £40 charge. He did an MOT. It has 5 months left on its current and that’s not what I asked for. He became extremely aggressive and kept shouting and cursing demanding the money. When I refused explaining it was a quote only I asked for, he told me he was keeping the car until I pay up. He closed his garage and went home. The next morning I missed work to come to get my car and he gave me nothing but abuse. I have never heard this amount of bad language in my life. His mouth needs a wash. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I got the car without paying but no quote and now a failed MOT. Do not go here! Just go to someone reputable, not where they who don’t have manners and try to intimidate you for any money they can. AVOID!

friendly helpful approachable and honest.great mot centre boss a really nice man.great honest workmanship.highly recommended.the staff dont beat about the bush they tell you as it is in a good manner.if they can help and go that extra mile then its not a problem.great job for a decent reasonable price.try mcgregors i know you wont be disappointed folks.
