This is not a duty to them but a privilege, they genuinely understand and help and listen to you from the first phone call and visit to the end of the journey. I was given such comfort seeing my late husband in the chapel of rest on several visits, all done with such care and detail and it really matters. The staff have become friends, from the cars, service, cards and flowers and words of comfort thank you for helping me on the hardest good bye of my life. I highly recommend them they are simply the best. With gratitude always.

No one ever expects to have to bury their father, as soon as I walked through the door I knew this was place for him. initially choose it on how clean the place was, my father would have loved the carpet.Tyrone saw me initially, he was outstanding.when I left I never went to any other undertaker as This was the one. William went above and beyond for my father, he put up with some very difficult situations from my family whom were very angry over my fathers death. he was professional/soo kind. I would stand outside my fathers room, But William supported me the day before funeral to see my father soo glad I did see my father. When I saw my dad for first/last time I said I was going to come on the night before funeral to have a coffe outside he messaged me, said he left shutters up for me. I could not go in again too upsetting for that I just wanted that one last coffe being able to see my fathers room.

During such a sad time, we were shown such compassion and we were able to discuss my mams wishes in an unhurried and friendly but professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and on the day only respect was shown to my mam and my family. We would definitely recommend this family run business.

Director and his team are brilliant. At such a difficult time using Lauderdale’s was hassle free. Fair pricing and I can see why my family have used this company for 3 generations.

I cannot recommend the services at W Lauderdale & Son enough.

Sadly we lost my dear Nana back in November. The guys at Lauderdale have acted for our family for decades and they are repeatedly caring, outstandong with their attention to detail and accommodate all wishes.

They provided us with a great send off which helped the family to get that closure that we so needed. They are a credit to the service they operate in.

You may notice a negative review on this page, please ignore this as it is from a member of our family who has had criminal issues in the past. This is totally unreflective of Lauderdale’s excellent service as proven by prior reviews. I believe this is just due to a family issue and irrelevant of the service provided.

I cannot thank them enough for their work and as already stated, would recommend them to anyone.
