avoid rude shocking customer service who try to fob you off.Tried to show loyality to this company but not rewarded.Do not be fouled they only put 5 star ratings on their site.

Avoid. Shocking customer service and workshop. Failed to do the basic service with any level of competence.
Can't be bothered to check the spare wheel or update lifetime warranty details. ( Still on going ). Avoid this dealership. Quotes excessive prices for work .

These muppets have run me around in circles for over 6 weeks! My 2 year old Ibiza fr nearly blew up on the motorway and I have been told it's my fault and been stuck with a £4800 bill! They even told me that if the car has caught fire properly and I was killed... It would be my fault! The reason they have given me is that I have knowingly driven the car for weeks with a red light on my dashboard.. Well I never and they are refusing to do the work under warranty.
And in 6 weeks I received my first (and only) call from them... Every other contact had been made by me phoning them. Absolute joke of a company who have made a lot of bad publicity through my case. More fool anyone who buys so much as a light bulb from them...disgraceful place which i will contact trading standards about.. And for the record my car cost me £15,500.... Thanks....

Recently took my car here knowing that it may need a new clutch - they quoted me £900! So i hastily decided against it, and after telling them I intended to take the car else where they quickly dropped the price to £500, clearly trying to rip me off in the first instance. (FYI I took my car to Mr Clutch in Waldo Road, very helpful and cost £395.)
