Asked for a taxi yesterday for this morning. The taxi went to the wrong address. I phoned up asking where taxi was thinking it was running late and it had gone to the wrong location. No apology and no taxi available until much later.
However on a previous journey a few years back they were amazing

From the first call to the end destination, the service I received from W.A.V.E Taxis was second to none.
The lady that took our call was very friendly,and very understanding.
When the driver turned up on time,he was well dressed and the taxi was clean.
The driver was very jovial and put my elderly mother at ease as she doesn't travel very well.
When we got to our destination,the driver went above and beyond the call of duty,not only did he help us get mum indoors,he also bought our luggage to the front door too.
I can't recommend W.A.V.E Taxis high enough !!
I will most definitely be using them again..Thank you so much
