very satisfied with voltacon unfortunately can't delete bad review i left however voltacon have rectified the problems.

I purchased an inverter from voltacon several months ago, that was the beginning of an ongoing saga. Having sold me the wrong inverter i then had to suffer stefano, who i am lead to believe is the CEO, telling me stories and half truths because he is too ignorant to admit a mistake and rectify it. I am currently in possession of 2 inverters neither of which work. Stefanos' latest brainwave is that i remove component parts and attempt to repair the defective units. The latest defective unit is a secondhand one that he has given me to replace the new one i thought i was getting. I have tried to reason with stefano however his rudeness is beyond reason. I will soon be advising stefano and voltacon that i will be taking them to court to seek damages for the grief and aggravation that their lackadaisical attitude to business has caused me. It pains me to leave this review and to follow this path of litigation however stefano and his belligerent bullying attitude has left me with no option
